Pricing is determined based on: the number of employees, the amount of annual payroll, the number of locations, and the payroll frequency. Other products, like health insurance, have multiple factors that can affect pricing.

Basic Payroll Average $24/PEPM

Premium Payroll Average $49/PEPM

Pricing is per employee per month (PEPM), and all final pricing is based on payroll cycle, number of states, gross annual payroll, and add-on options. Workers’ comp rates are determined by claims history, which you’ll be asked to provide unless you’re a start-up; then you’ll have other requirements. These variables can affect your price, so every customer will receive a custom quote. We currently only process payroll for businesses located in the United States.

All payroll services include HR and compliance assistance at no additional cost. PEO packages can be obtained while keeping your current workers’ comp policy outside of the PEO if that’s what you prefer.

      HRIS Online Administration

      Use our online HRIS to manage your employees, while paired with an OMS dedicated payroll specialist for every payroll run. Take advantage of our virtual time clock and other features. Employees can access their pay data any time, from anywhere.

       

      HRIS Client Driven (Payroll Automation)

      This self-directed payroll service means you independently use our online HRIS to manage your employees and run your own payroll. We still provide a dedicated payroll specialist, training, support, and ongoing payroll audit services. Admin users will have access to advanced tools and time clock technology. Employees will be able to use the employee portal to edit their personal data and view their pay history.

       

      Offline Administration

      Paired with a payroll specialist, you’ll rely on OMS to facilitate your payroll runs, turn in your time, and let us do the rest, while all employees will still have access to their pay history online. You don’t have to learn our system if you don’t want to.
