We create a personalized proposal for every inquiry, considering every scenario and how we can save your business money or enhance your entrepreneurial experience. You’ll find our general per-employee pricing below. However, final payroll pricing is determined based on: the number of employees, amount of annual payroll, locations, and payroll frequency. Other products, like insurance, have multiple factors that affect pricing. For example, workers’ comp rates are determined by claims history, which you’ll be asked to provide unless you’re a start-up, then you’ll have other requirements. 

Basic payroll averages $24/month per employee.

 

PEO plans average $49/month per employee.

 
All final pricing is based on the number of employees, payroll cycle, number of states, and gross annual payroll. These variables can affect your price so every customer will receive a custom quote. We currently only process payroll for businesses located in the United States.
